Actually in the coupe style rather than a saloon, possibly a Wolseley 25 Super Six drophead, the top lifts to reveal a pencil sharpner. Early versions (pictured) had metal wheels, later ones plastic/Bakelite. Made from 1948 by The Die Cast Machine Tools Co. (DCMT), who later made some toys marketed by Crescent and then went on to make and distribute their own Lone Star toys. Second Picture.
