After much admiration of the Wolseleys at our meeting place - Guys Thatched Hamlet in Bilsborrow, we set off to Fleetwood. Great interest was shown in our cars on the way there, with by passers waving and stopping to look at the Wolseleys.

We arrived at the Freeport village in Fleetwood and parked up there. Some of us went shopping and others enjoyed a picnic and stayed with our cars to chat. There was much interest from members of the public who stopped in their cars to view our Wolseleys and others who came to chat and view them.

leaving Freeport, we drove back towards Preston, through Blackpool, along the seafront and then into Lytham St Annes, stopping briefly near the Windmill there.

On arrival back in Preston, later than expected, we had to change our plans from meeting at the Garden Centre, due to it being too late to eat there and met back at Guys Thatched Hamlet, which was extremely busy. We finished the day with a pleasant meal in a local pub restaurant a little further afield. Another great day out!
